change is good
For me, change has been very good and hopefully the changes I'm making to this page will be enjoyable. Many people who know me have already heard about my change in jobs (I haven't been able to shut up about it yet) and my changing jobs has been the big reason why the journal has not been updated. I now work for "Open Source Applications Foundation":http://osafoundation.org and my job is Release/Build Engineering -- which translates into "make sure the daily builds all work properly." And given that OSAF is working on a product that is designed to run on linux, mac and windows -- that is a very complicated task. Since OSAF is totally Open Source and that they believe in communications, I'm hoping to be able to really ramp up the output here and I'm also very glad that I will be able to post any code I'm working on here -- wooo! anywho, it's past 4am here, but I just wanted to at least do an update.
